Following these acquisitions, ARKANCE SYSTEMS now has 500 employees – including more than 250 application engineers serving more than 70,000 users across a European network (France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Finland and Central Europe) – and will continue to invest as part of its strategic development.

ARKANCE’s value proposition is to support its customers in their digital transition through a European network of experts. With 650 employees divided into 4 divisions – ARKANCE SYSTEMS, ARKANCE OPTIMUM, ALLTERRA and SITECH – the group partners with world leaders, notably AUTODESK & TRIMBLE, to distribute and implement solutions dedicated to the optimization of all phases of the project life cycle, facilitating exchanges between offices and construction sites.

Supporting entrepreneurs to meet societal challenges

Both a family-owned company and an international player, our Group operates in various sectors of activity such as construction, agriculture, energy, handling and the digitalization of industry and construction. All these activities are concerned by the ongoing transition in energy on the one hand, and by the digital transformation on the other. In this ecosystem, our primary objective is to provide the best possible support to contractors by making available to them efficient and sustainable equipment and production tools, innovative and carefully designed by our principals, and by offering them an irreproachable quality of service. Our Group also offers innovative and competitive solutions to meet their energy needs and helps them meet the challenge of the energy transition with our subsidiary Eneria. Supporting construction and industry players in their digital transformation with Arkance solutions is also one of our key offerings to enable our customers to meet their current challenges. At the end of 2020, the Group created a CSR Department to accelerate the development of its CSR strategy and its implementation. In this context of transition, this report summarizes the CSR strategy developed to date, which may be refined in the future. This CSR strategy is currently based on three pillars:

  • our products, services and business relationships
  • our operations
  • our human capital

The Group’s commitments to these three pillars enable our company’s development strategy to be in line with the major societal challenges of which it is a stakeholder. It is up to all of us within the Group to mobilize around these challenges.
